RETURN OVERVIEW
At LWC Offroad, we stand behind the durability and performance of every component we sell. If your gear doesn't meet your standards, we offer a straightforward return window to ensure you get the right parts for your build.
Standard items in original, unused, and unmounted condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. All returns must include original packaging, hardware, and instructions to qualify for a refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.

REQUEST AUTHORIZATION
Contact chris@livingwithcable.com with your order number and photos of the part to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

SECURE PACKAGING
Pack the item securely in its original industrial packaging. Ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the shipping box.

INSPECTION & REFUND
Once received, our technicians inspect the gear for use or damage. Approved returns are processed within 5-7 business days.
EXCLUSIONS
Electrical components and sensors that have been installed or show signs of connection.
Custom-fabricated parts, including bumpers, cages, and one-off armor kits.
Items damaged during off-road use, racing, or improper installation.
Clearance, 'Scratch & Dent', or final sale items clearly marked at the time of purchase.
